Delete your Quix account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time, from the app or from this website.

In the app or on the web

Open Quix on your phone, or sign in on the web.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email support@playquix.in from the address on your account (or tell us your display name if you played as a guest) with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify it is you and delete it within 7 days. We will never ask for your password.

What is deleted

Deleted: your profile, display name, avatar, birth year, gender, interests, friends, invitations, notification devices and settings.
Anonymised: past match results, so other players' scores and leaderboards stay correct. They are no longer linked to you.
Kept: payment records (amount, date, Razorpay IDs), without your name, for as long as Indian tax law requires.

Deletion starts immediately and completes within minutes. Backups roll over within 30 days.
