Quix Premium
Quix is free to play. Premium is a one-time payment that unlocks unlimited matches, every Premium topic and no ads for the period you choose. It never renews automatically.

Renewal and cancellation
Plans do not renew. When your period ends you return to the free tier, so there is nothing to cancel. Buying again while Premium is active adds the new period to the end of the current one.
Delivery
Premium is a digital service. It switches on for your Quix account immediately after payment, on the web and in the app. Nothing is shipped. See Delivery.
Refunds
Charged twice, or Premium did not switch on? We refund you. You can also ask for a full refund within 48 hours if you have played fewer than 5 matches since buying. Read the refund policy.
